How to wear my bow?
The BowElla bows are designed to be worn.
Style your hair in advance with your usual elastic and styling products, then add the bow last to preserve its shape and shine.
You can also use it as decoration on a bag: it’s always a pleasure to see the BowElla bows travel with you ✨
However, keep in mind that they will tend to hang upside down and may wear out faster due to friction.
How are bows made?
The BowElla bows are entirely handmade, from cutting the ribbon, to applying the rhinestones, to folding the bow, up to the finishing touches.
They are made from satin ribbons, quality rhinestones, and heat-adhesive flex when the design requires it.
Each design is created by me, exclusively for the BowElla brand.
Do the colors in real life match the photos well?
The colors in the photos are optimized to closely match the actual colors. However, due to the difference between two monitors in color rendering, variations may be observed between the photo and the bow received.

Can I customize a design from the collection?
As part of the customization for the teams, yes. This is available starting from 6 bows.
Do you offer the creation of a completely custom design?
Yes, it is possible to create a custom design when ordering for a team. This is available starting from 6 bows.

Yes, as part of creating a custom design for an order for a team. This is available starting from 6 bows.
Delivery Times & Shipping
What are the creation and delivery times?
For an order of bows directly on the site, there is up to 7 business days for order preparation.
For a custom order, the timeframe depends on supplier deliveries, design time, validation of the design, and then the manufacturing of all the bows.
For delivery, it is between 2 and 5 business days depending on the carrier chosen at the time of the order.
Which country(ies) do you deliver to?
Delivery is available to France and the European Union.
Maintenance & durability
How to maintain my bow?
Avoid hairspray or any styling product directly on the bow. Apply it only once your hairstyle is complete, in order to preserve the shine of the satin and the sparkle of the rhinestones.
Protect it from friction, especially with sequin bags or rough surfaces, which can dull the satin and weaken the rhinestones over time.
Do not let your bow be crushed (at the bottom of a bag, under clothes, etc.). Once flattened, it may retain a deformed shape.
For storage, slip a bit of tissue paper into the loops: this helps maintain its original shape.
Finally, the bow should not be machine washed. Water, heat, and agitation could damage it.
